Brett Lorenzo Favre was born on 10 October 1969 is an American quarterback in National Football League. Favre started at quarterback position for the University of Southern Mississippi for four years before being selected in the second round in 1991 NFL Draft by Atlanta.
After high school, Southern Mississippi offered Favre a scholarship. Southern Miss wanted him to play defensive back but Favre wanted to play quarterback instead. Favre led the Golden Eagles to an upset of Florida State, 2 September 1989.
Favre was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round, 33: e collected in the 1991 NFL Draft. Brett Favre played 16 seasons in Green Bay. During his time in Green Bay, Favre was the first NFL player to win three consecutive AP MVP awards.
