Taylor Schilling, born July 7 twenty 1984. she is an American actress. She is the daughter of Robert Schilling, a prosecutor, and Tish Schilling. She grew up in West Roxbury, and Wayland, split time between the parents are divorced.
Schilling appeared in NBC's 2009 drama of Mercy, where she played the lead role, nurse Veronica Callahan, who was an Iraq war veteran. Schilling read for the part via video from New York City. Liz Helden, the executive producer and her husband were so impressed with Schilling performance that they flew her out to Los Angeles to audition for the role. The lucky "words" she just blew the doors of the audition.
Schilling won the Emerson College playwright Festival Outstanding Performance Award.
