Lindsay Lohan out for a workout session

Trying to keep a healthy post rehab routine, Lindsay Lohan came out of a training session in West Hollywood Tuesday, January 4. The "Georgia Rule" actress appeared in good spirits when she arrived at the gym for a workout to help relieve stress her current legal woes that Miss Lohan has been in the headlines throughout the day due to her event with a chemical technician at Betty Ford Center, December 12.

Earlier this morning said Palm Desert police that they have decided to pass on battery charges to prosecutors at the same time make clear that informs Lohan's probation for the offense.



Complaints about the department's spokesman made a public announcement, Lilo lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said. What is important, but limited investigatory role of the police to gather facts and collect evidence is well established.
