Rang De Basanti Team Celebrates 5th Year With Special Screening

Rang De Basanti talking about a British documentary filmmaker who wants to make a movie about Dairy entries of her grandfather who was a former officer in the British army. History is on the freedom fighters in India. She meets a group of five friends in India and pray five young people to act in her film. While they start with the movie in a not so serious way, the actual krantikari in those who take birth when they lose one of his friends in a crash of a fighter. Then come across any corruption in the Indian government that was responsible for the demise of his friend. This event changes the whole plot of the story and transforms the carefree and lively men of passionate and serious people who want to avenge their friends death, and eradicate corruption from the Indian system.

With a typical star cast that Kalyug girl Deepal Shaw at the helm, the film lacks in promotional activities. The story is certainly interesting and Deepal Shaw gives a stunning performance as Rishika Gandhi. But not Vikalp to draw the masses mainly because of its unentertaining value.
